The Cobb is not simply a Grill, although it can do Burgers, Steaks, Hot Dogs, Chicken Breasts and more. It can also roast an entire Chicken and the Roast Rack allows the air to flow around the food whilst browning it beautifully. It can bake bread and pizza. It can even steam vegetables. In a phrase...it can do what your stove and oven can, plus smoking of food. The Cobb's patented design allows just the right amount of oxygen into the fire chamber from small holes below the charcoal. This heated air is then pushed upwards to the cooking surface. However, since there are no holes in the center of the cooking surface, it is dispersed sideways creating an evenly heated cooking surface. The Cobb Grill reaches up to 450 degrees inside, while the base is completely cool outside. All parts can be washed in a standard dishwasher. Perfect for on a boat or while traveling with a RV.
